Holiday Mate is a listings and comparison platform. We publish travel packages and let independent, verified and unverified travel agents list their own pricing for transport, hotels and meals against each package.
Every booking is made directly between you and the travel agent you choose to contact — Holiday Mate does not organise, operate, or guarantee any trip. Prices, availability, hotel category and inclusions shown by an agent are set and honoured entirely by that agent.
When you click "Book by WhatsApp", your name and WhatsApp number are shared with the agent you selected so they can respond to your enquiry. We keep a record of the enquiry for support and quality purposes.
Agents are responsible for the accuracy of their own pricing, inclusions and contact details. A "Verified" badge indicates Holiday Mate has checked the agent's basic business details — it is not a guarantee of service quality, and travellers should always confirm final pricing and inclusions with the agent directly before paying anything.
Holiday Mate does not collect payments for travel packages. Any payment, advance, or booking confirmation happens directly between you and the agent, on whatever terms you both agree.
